We want you to be 100% satisfied when doing business with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply inform us in writing of your wish to return the item or items to us within 5 days of receipt. In such cases we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / color if preferred.
Please note: The cost of returning the item to us under above case is your responsibility.
(C) Damage or Wrong Product:
In the rare case that the item/s arrived damaged or a wrong item was delivered we will exchange the item, free of charge or will refund you the full money you paid including shipping if exchange is no option. In any case you must inform us within 3 days from goods arrival on such case and cooperate with us in case we will need your help including to fill a complaint.
(D) Shipping Methods

We may ship to almost any destination around the globe. Talk to us if you need us to ship to exotic places and always make sure to specify the shipping destination when contacting us.

Please take into consideration that once dispatched your order will still spend some time in transit depends on the shipping method you request and the shipping destination.
